Mondays Mumbles!

Well here we are already into the first week of March, crazy or what! I just had to have a new start this month so I decided on this chart by Primrose Needlecrafts from my stash.

This is how far I got yesterday. I;m really enjoying stitching this one and so far it;s going well.

I;ve also made a start on my March monthly ornament. This months has been taken from part of the Snowflake Serenade Design by Country Cottage Needleworks.

As well as the new starts this month my plans are to put at least some stitches in these wips as well.

As my regular readers know February was my month for my stitchy sheep. I only managed to finish these two little pillows for myself and the one that I did for Barbs Birthday.

My dear sweet friend Edit sent me this wonderful surprise last week of this gorgeous pillow and bookmark.  When she saw the fabric she said it was just crying out to stitch me a sheep. Isn;t it beautiful and I just love the sweet charm and the darling bookmark which will be well used. Even though I have a kindle I still love the feel off a good book in my hand. Thank you so much Edit I was so touched by your beautiful gift.

Finally thank you to everyone who left a comment on the Quilt gallery I hope you enjoyed viewing them as much as we did. The kids gave me some money to buy some early Mothers Day stash treats. I got some beautiful fabrics including one or two great bargains. This is the link to the shows, it;s sure worth a visit if you find any are in your area http://www.grosvenorshows.co.uk/

Don;t know how I managed it but I seem to have a few new followers. Welcome to my ramblings in cyberspace I hope you enjoy your visits and thank you also to friends old and new who take the time to leave a comment. Blogger has been once again driving me nuts this week as I;ve been trying to up-date my blog list but I just continually get an error message when trying to save. Hope your week is a good one and your stitches are many, hugs!

So much fun stitching. I love your out on a limb piece, but you know, "fools rush in where angels fear to tread", so beware!

I love all your little sheepies, they promise that spring is just around the corner now (although we had snow on a couple of mornings lately).
I was enjoying the quilts that you showed in your last post. I go to every quilt show possible but unfortunately I live in a rural region and there aren't that many around here. Thanks for sharing.

There are some adorable sheep finishes there! Can you tell me who the designer is on Feed My Sheep? I would love to do this one as a gift for a friend.
